My story began with a pattern I didn’t yet know how to break.
Even after 30 years in the healing arts, I still found myself repeating old relationship dynamics, second-guessing myself, and longing for a love that felt safe, honest, and real.
I had spent years learning, reflecting, reading books, and talking through my experiences. I understood many of my patterns intellectually, but understanding them wasn’t the same as changing them.
The real shift began when I started paying attention to the small, everyday choices I was making in relationships.
I learned how to stay connected to myself instead of abandoning my own needs. I learned to communicate more clearly, recognize emotional availability, trust what I was feeling, and choose differently when something no longer felt aligned.
Those lessons changed the way I approached love.
What began as my own journey of healing slowly became the heart of my coaching. Today, I help others step out of painful relationship patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create relationships with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
Because sometimes the relationship we’re trying to change begins with the relationship we have with ourselves.
